Summons issued to Sacheen Gandhi & Deals for wheels

Letter of demand was issued to Sacheen Gandhi regarding my request to return monies taken or respond with a defence. He has failed to respond within allotted time and subsequently summons were issued to ffg parties: Sacheen Gandhi, Deals for wheels and Rohit Gandhi. He failed to appear in court or make any application or defence whatsoever which means I get awarded a default judgement. Since this man has not made any apology at the very least I will pursue this legal claim until everyone who has been s-camed gets back their monies. My contact details are on a previous report should anyone need any advise. Note that he has prior convictions for, f.raud and misrepresentation. Further updates to follow.
