Personal loan declined

We have been banking with ABSA for more than 15 years and about three months ago applied for a personal loan for an operation my fiance had to undergo as it was life threatening and was explained to Judy what it was about. now i must mention in the 15 years ive been with absa ive applied for vehicle fin three times with all the banks and institutes the vehicle sellers deal with and all three times nedbank, bankfin and first national bank has approved my application but not my own dearest bank, absa... oh no sir sorry youre listed as an slow payer sorry we cant help you, and now for the final time they sang the same tune. Thinking to myself go to a consultant and spill your bag of beans i went to our branch in Postmasburg and spoke to Judy telling her the same facts as im doing now and yet again same old song sang to me.
So, ...now, ABSA Bank, I have shared our experience with everyone i know and the majority of them were dumbstruck and agreed with me to take all their and my assets and little bank account and I will bank with Nedbank from now on just because they care for their customers and want to walk the extra mile with them
