CONTRACT SIGNED APPROVED - NO STOCK

I've signed contract for and it was approved for laptop deal including a bag. I was phoned to confirm that my application was approved but that they don't have stock. The offer on the pamhlet expired on 9 Jan 2013 - I've signed on 3 Jan 2013 and approval was given on 4 Jan 2013. They didn't phone back so I went on 10 Jan to check - "Sorry the offer expired - we can't help you". It is not my fault they advertized and couldn't deliver - they should have spoken up when I applied not just shrug their shoulders now - I want the offer I signed up for with everything included in the offer.
