From Best to Worse

Financially we have struggled the last couple of years and in April 2008 we went onto debt councelling untill March 2012 in other words 4 years, needless to say we were exploited by the debt-councellor and the situation now is 10 times worse than what it was back in 2008. Especially FNB and Wesbank that launched a witch-hunt against us. Saturday I have recived a summonse from them requesting a balance of R26 000 within 10 days after court date which was stamped in December 2012??? I phoned the attorneys and they then said no it is not R26 000 but R36 000? How the??? My debt councellor confirmed that over the 4 years they have paid almost R14000 of the initial R14000 outstanding balance on the card over, so my calculations show that with interests owed to FNB I should at worse only owe them about R14000 as interest may n ever exceed capital. I have lost my work and am trying to establish my own bussiness which should take off in a couple of months and were concidering going back to FNB and for once and all resolve my "bad-debt" with them however a copy of this letter, together with debt councellor's staements should be audited and sent to all news-papers?
