Debt Councellor continues with deductions

On the 25th February 2010 I applied to be on Debt review because of the status i was in. This year in May i applied for a review of my status as im now ablr to pay my debts. The debt cousellor sent me cancellation forms which i filled and my Advocate provided me with a letter to that effect. I sent the letter to the debt councellor and they said i should also write my own letter which i did. They now refuse to cancel decuctions from my bank.

I now request your help in this matter.
