Not sticking to what they advertise

I have got an account were i pay the R99 per month that should meen that i dont pay bank fees accept for the R99 but a few months back i payed in R100 to cover the R99 .But for some reason a bank charge went of that left me under R99 and then i was charged R115 for debit order returned and now suddenly im over R200 in debt i'm probarly over R500 in debt because of that charge that went of .and they advertise this brilliant R99 pakage pathetic
