Poor accounting

In July I opened an account with Sterns, which happens to be part of the Foschini Group. at the time I thought it was brilliant that they offered a Debt Order request, where they would put a Debt Order for the monthly instalments straight from my bank account. Well the first month it was not taken off my bank acc, said that there were "insufficent funds" which was a lie, I then refilled out the forms for a Debt Order, again I was told there was something wrong with my bank and I should contact MY bank to sort it out, which I did and they say they have NO record of Foschinis request for a Debt Order. and everytime I am being charged for their wrong doing and so called "letter" another charge, still waiting for that letter that was sent over 2 months ago. so I when in AGAIN 3rd time to sort out this debt order, I am STILL waiting for that debt order to go through. During this time I sent and e-mail to the accounts dept via their website, it took them over a month to read said e-mail, and yes I have STILL NOT HEARD FROM THEM! All my other accounts are up todate and paid in advance. Now I am getting a bad credit review because of THEIR MISTAKES! who else has had this problem?
