Capitec taking forever to dispute my funds!!!

Second time now reporting this on hellopeter, I was told that Roxanne will get back to me within 2 wrking days and that was the 8th of this month even now still waiting for responce, I do not understand why capitec is taking 3 weaks to dispute my funds when they told that it will only take 24 hours for them to dispute the funds. My financial consultant has been speaking to tracey the control manager of capitec bank, jonnathan the wheel manager but still they telling me the same story I was told on the 25th of march. I do not think this is the way of treating the client ts way too far, I think reporting capitec to Bank Ombudsman will do!!!
