Capitec deducting before pay day

I have a personal loan with Capitec Bank.
My Capitec loan account gets debited by Capitec before funds becomes available in my bank account. I was send from my bank to capitec not once, a couple of times. Capitec says it is impossible to change my debit dates even though every time it puts my account into the negative and adversely affects my credit score, and the assistant manager from Vaal mall still argues with me that it will not reflect bad on my credit score, then why does my bank phone me and tell me this? He is working in the banking industry he should know this??? it is the first time i am dealing with Capitec and this will be my last. Please could you fix this query for me that is all i am asking!!!
