Failing to keep to promises of front line staff

On the 4th APRIL 2013 I went o offices in Braamfontein to take a loan on my Life Policy as I was in need of finance urgently and I applied for it. I was told that the amount would be in my account within 3 to 5 working days guess what it is now the 13th April 2013 and still nothing. On Thursday the 11th of April 2013 I was in contact with them and was told to be patient as the money was paid by EFT on Wednesday so what now
