Liberty Steals your hard earned money!!!

I have a Life Insurance policy since 2008, so apparently in April 2013 I missed a payment. However, I have kept on paying the installments as I was not aware of that. So January 2014 I am advised that my policy has lapsed, and seeing to it that it is more than 6 months ago, I cant change anything about that, and I am losing all the money I have paid up to date. I never got any notification - even though they claim to have sent me emails. Why would I keep on paying if I got the emails? Bottom line is, I am losing all my money and should be satisfied with the couple of installments they are willing to refund. Stay clear of Liberty unless you want to be robbed out of your money. They don't even bother answering my questions and just reply as they wish. Oh, and I can take out another policy with them - that's their solution! Really? Allowing you to my money all over again?
