Wesbank eft (settlement) reversed to my account

Went to FNB to Query non payment (settlement calculated to a certain date) with all my documents after i've been to standard bank to find out if it weren't them. There investigation concluded it weren't them. Fnb returned payment (wesbank). Account no. and reference number were 100%.No word from FNB.WHO IS GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INTEREST SINCE THE SETTLEMENT DATE EXSPIRED.ALSO THIS BAKKIE IS DOUBLE FINANCED BECAUSE PAYMENT IS NOT MET.Second time this is happening to me.

You think not doing the eft payment your self but rather go into the bank, let them do it, so that no mistakes can happen. THINK AGAIN .FNB IS NOT RESPONDING
