Bridge Loans
Very poor turn around time

I had a one month loan with Bridge Loans of which I failed to pay the first month and payed the second month. I was notified of interest that I had to pay, which I did pay but then a debit order went off again. I was told that it is system generated and that I have to request a pay back. I asked for them to give me a letter for my bank to reverse it and they said its against their company policy. I have sent in a pay back form, but nobody seems to be able to tell me when I will be paid back. This is now an urgent matter because I have absolutely no money in my bank account.
