Double decuctions, long wait & non-chalant attitude

So, I decided to settle my loan account with Bridge Loans early, as soon as it was settled they offered me another loan, I accepted the offer. When i settled my loan with Bridge loans I settled my loan with [URL Removed] as well. When I went to the atm to draw some cash I noticed that my bank balance was close to zero, I got a bank statement to analize my debit orders and purchases. I noticed that Bridge loans deducted from my account again even though my loan was settled. I contacted the call center, a cheeky agent named Nkepile answered and told me that its not their mistake because the debit orders was loaded already, to top it off - i need to go through the hassle hassle of completing a form and faxing it back then I need to wait 7 business days to get my money back that was deducted from my account without authorization, I did not even get an apology. Since it was my mothers birthday i needed cash so I called to ask about my new loan payout they told me up to 15 days and since I want a refund as well they will payout my new loan and refund together so basically they will wait for me to complete the form. What b.s is that? Do not do business with this company, the worst service!
