0verdeduction of R1518.00 after legal firm deducte

The sum of R1518.00 was overdeducted in my account, whereas the legal firm on behalf of Bridge loan has deducted. The firm deducted R500 on behalf of bridge loans as instructed by them since they (bridge loans) handed me over to those attorneys. I called bridge loans and I've been handed over to next consultant, until the last one asked me to fax the bank statement and just before I could get the Fax number I ran out of airtime.

I have since emailed bridge loans but no response.if they care enough they could call me back. I even usedtheir online facility "requesting to be called back" I called their attorneys that deducted from me on bridge loans behalf and they asked me to fax them the bank statement so as to fax it tobridge loans for me, I did but still no response.

I'm devastated I need my refund
