Paying two companies for money i owe???

Having financial diffuclty i could not afford payments on my loan account, so i was then handed over to Nu-debt to collect the money on bridge loans behalf, i've made arrangments for them for payment every month, suddenly this month bridge loans deducts my account with a R1000 without my permission and without informing this is not rite, at least have the decency to inform me before deducting my account, i need someone to explain to me who i must pay cause in then end i'll be paying double back! PLEASEEEEEE
