Loans Declined

On Monday I applied for a loan at Bridge loans, they don't give me feed back. After I have send about 4 emails this morning, they send me a mail back it was declined, I asked them for a reason and this is what they told me " Declined-Forensics-Employer - Employer not listed on the external resources.

How does that work??? They didn't even phoned, and because its not a retail company they don't want to help me. Its a manafacturing company I work for we build generators.

I'm very very disappointed and will let everyone I know tell NEVER to go to Bridge loans.
