I would like to lodge a complaint against Bridge Loans.
I was approved for a top up loan. They claim in their branches to make pay outs within 48hours. This does not happen.
We do not get feedback about when pay out will be. There is just no info.
Also, I will have to pay a full months interest on the money when I receive it. Even if it is a day before the debit order.
I find that unacceptable.
I have phoned, emailed and am not getting ANY response. So I went onto their Facebook page, and there are people that has been approved more than a month ago, and they still have not received their money.
Their website claim to help people in emergencies. How?? A month after they needed the money? Also they have pop up testimonials all over the site, praising them for fast and friendly service.. That is false advertising.

Please can you look into Bridge loans? I feel uncomfortable with the situation, and so does many others.
