I sumbitted a claim on the 10/3/13, and I was being helped by Samantha, she was not communicating anything to me about the claim, the even moved my car from the towing co to the panel beaters without letting me know. I was then later called by Lee Ann who was asking me for information that I had already given to Samantha, which didnt make sense at all to me. a Month later on the 8th I received an sms saying my claim has been authorised and that I should contact the panel beaters I do, and they indicated that they have not yet recieved authorization and when they do, they will start ordering the parts. 5 days later I get a call again that they are only sending the authorization today, Bongani is the guy that was supposed to do the authorization for the panel beaters and he only realizes 5 days later that he didnt, I"m here sitting thinking that my car is being fixed only to find out that someone just decided not to do thier work. This means I am going to wait for another 2 to three weeks, this means that the high and mighty virgin money takes 2 months to do claims and repairs, would I recommend virgin even to my worst enemy NEVER, they are too incompetent and they offer poor service
