Feedback on that took place on my accout

On the 29th May 2013 money (R2000) was withdrawn from my Cheque account. I contacted Std bank to query this and they confirm that my debit card was used at an Excel garage in Sandown. I asked them that how was that possible cause I was in possesion of the card and how can someone use a card that they do not have???

They told me that this was a case and trasferrred me to the frad department where I was given a reference number and where told that I would be given feedback and a refund wintin 3 days...

I have been waiting since then and can you bvelieve it that I have been trying to get hold of the department sice last week Friday without any luck as u cannot get through to anyone...

I need need to know what can I do as I tried several times calling the complaints department at STD bank and I also couldnt get through...

Wy are we not protected from these guys and why has no one cantacted me.???

I have been a STD Bank customer for the past 10years and the treatment that we get from them is unacceptable...

Someone please help!!!
