Failing to offer a service as promised

I suspected this type of feedback. Unfortunately it does not mean anything because is the same feedback that I use to receive before I could write a report on Hello Peter. For point of clarity, I haven't met Rustenburg Branch Manager regarding the issue but I was being assisted by the legal consultant whom I did mention the name. Like I said in the previous report, I don't understand why Legal Wise is able to attend to other peoples matters successfully as I see on TV but fail to attend to mine. Am I not a client like others.
