Worse service eve

I was involvedi in a car accident iin the middle of last year, took the case to legal wise where i have bin given the runaround eversince. Im talking no feedback unless i phone to ask whats happening with the case and when i do get feedback that was promise to me its becoz i phoned back to ask again about whats happening to the feedback that was promised to me. At this very moment i bin waiting 3 weeks for feedback that was promised to me for 3 weeks back. i wrote several emails of complaints to the complaints dept of legal wise but nothing have chanced so i would just like to know if theres any truth in any of legal wise's commercials because according to that this matter would;ve bin resolved speedily. THAT WAS MY REASON FOR JOINING THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE now im not so sure anymore
