No feedback from legalwise after session

In early January i went to legal wise in the jhb cbd after i had booked an appointment due to a legal matter. i was then refered to Sue and we discussed my issue in length and advised her that i will think about the plan and get back to her the next day. as i had promised i mailed Sue back with my decision and that was to carry on and send a letter on my behalf to the creditors and also send a copy to me. this never materialised and each time i sent her mails i could see that she has been reading them but not answer or no letter from Sue. i am just wondering if she even sent that letter through. all i wanted was advise from legal wise and a letter to be sent on my behlaf. i even left Sue with a few pages of the documentation that i had printed out. can comebody please help because this is really annoying me knowing that each month i pay your premiums without fail otherwise i dont mind cancelling and going right next door to your opposition.
