AFFINITY INSURANCE
Refuse to pay-out monies due to me for a cancelled

Policy were cancelled in May 2012, but they still went ahead to deduct monthly instalments until April 2013. They want to take 40 days to give my money back due to their policy and standards. I say BS. because they are drawing interest on my money as a result of an incompetent employee who failed to do s/he job. As i previous complainant has stated they are fast to take your money but "sleg" to assist you as the client
