Cancelled polocy want my money

I have a retirment policy with sanlam and I have cancelled it due to financial problem, they cancelled the policy however they dont want to give me my money, as I have explain to them that I have finacial problems, my concern is what is money going to do while its sitting there, will it gain interest, that is my money of which I need it sanlama must give me my money or else will open a case again them i cannot wait for 55 yrs im 31 now

i need a ceo of sanlama to call me and tell me that nonsense of me not getting my money.
