Policy canselled and they never canselled it

I cancelled my policy on the 04.10.2013, till date they still deduct money from my account, But I got a letter that say confirmation of cancelation of policy and they phoned me to ask why I cancelled my Policy, But as I contacted them now they deny it by say they never cancelled the policy, I v send them the email that I got from them and still get precise the same answer I never cancelled, How do these people work, Looks like a Money thing, Worst company service eve
