Pathetic service

You are so quick to take customers payments, and to take back a car when clients dont pay, but when a client needs your help, you are too pathetic to help!!! yesterday you were going to send a form, then it was said 24 hours, now 48 hours, make up your mind man!!! how long does it take you incompatant things to fill out a form!!! it is not that difficult, you are pathetic, unhelpful and poor service!!!
