Titleguard
Pathetic is not the word!!!

I applied for private finance through Wesbank. Unfortunately they make use of Titleguard. I wish I know why becuase their service is beyond pathetic. This morning at around 9:45 I spoke to a Angie who told me that the turn around time is 2 hours to contact the seller. I called the seller at 14:00 and he told me that nobody contacted him. Apparently Angie left a message on his phone. I spoke to Angie again after 14:00 and then she could get hold of him. She told me that I will have to wait another 2 - 3 days to finalise this transaction. It is unecceptable as somebody is messing up. I spoke to one of the managers who also had a lot of excuses. I will NEVER make use of titleguard again as they are PATHETIC and the problem is always somebody else, not them. I am fed up with companies who is incompetent to do their job. I am looking for alternative finance and will cancell this application with a smile. Carfin also approved my finance so I am going to contact them now and hopefully I can cancell my application with this PATHETIC company.
