PATHETIC SERVICE

I've sent numerous emails to the customer service requesting for a copy of my statement and documents pertaining to the the value added products that I have. It's been over three weeks and no one has bothered to come back to me regarding the emails I've been sending. This is really pathetic and unprofessional service.
