FNB- I have no words

Took a temp loan from FNB 15 days ago. On my contract it stipulates in bold that it is repayable by 5-10-2013. Great. I transfer money into my credit card to gain interest so long while I am waiting for my clients to pay me. This morning I get a message. -R733 in my bank account!!! I DON'T EVEN HAVE OVERDRAFT FACILITIES. Call FNB as their online banking site is pathetic. Speak to Mr. Theledi. Poor guy had to deal with me. Said the temp loan had been deducted automatically because some money had been paid in. He transfered me to Tsiagonga in the Loan Dept. She shows me on the contract that the money is payable in 31 days before accumulating interest. But if money comes into my account they will start deducting. Does this make sense? I lose it. She tells me she will send a reversal form that I must fill out and the money will be paid back in 5-7 working days. WHAT??? I ask her to send me a cancellation form at the same time. THEN- she leaves the phone unattended to do knows what, and leaves me for a couple of minutes. She comes back to see if I am there (obviously hoping I am not) and asks again if she can send the form. I was 10 when I got the acc. and will now be cancelling.
