Ster-Kinekor
12 Days later, still no prize

On 06 July I won a PS3 by entering a Ster-Kinekor competition. 72 hours I was called by Starfish Mobile to get some details and was told they will email me a form to complete. A day went by, no form. I called and spoke to a few people - eventually they send me the form - only the form is "acknowledge of receipt of prize". I call again and we agree that I should only provide them with my address for prize delivery and I may sign the form on actual receipt. I asked them to let me know when my prize would be dispatched only to be advised that, because they send it by courier, I have to wait until they have enough prizes to send - how ludicrous! We are going on 12 days now and I still cannot enjoy the prize I won - for which I PAID to enter (the fact that it was only R1.50 is neither here nor there). Pathetic.
