Pathetic!!!

How pathetic is this bank, once again. This time they won't grant you finance for anything because you previously had listings on your credit record. If your credit report is clear how can you be denied finance. It doesn't make sense. Being a Platinum client for so many years and this is the nonsense I receive, once again. It's not my problem that your systems are updated once a month only, if I have a clear record I should be granted finance. I wonder what the NCR will have to say about this??? I will most definitely be taking it further. Absolutely Pathetic!!!
