Fed up with poor service delivery. My child was in a accident on 16 March 2013 with my husbands car. Another vehicle skipped the red light. All the necessary information was submtted to Santam on 18 March 2013. After allegations that they have not received all the information the information was again submitted. The assessor took his time and more in order to submit forms for my husbands signature.
After many promises it is now a month later and we are still waiting for the promised payout in order for my husband to buy another vehicle.
Unbelievable bad service from everybody who handled this claim and I always thought Santam provide first class service.
