Frustrated at the disgusting service received

When resigning and leaving my company (18/02/2013) from my previous company I had to receive my pension and provident fund pay out from Old Mutual. I have spent at least over R1000 on airtime to call them on a daily basis. I do understand that there are certain turn around times and processed that needs to be followed regarding these things however my frustration is due to the fact that each time I call there is a different story that is told to me. A different story that makes me feel like NO ONE has really done anything about my matter although everyone tells me that they will escalate the query!!! I have been calling from the 26th of March 2013 and today is the 11th of April 2013 and still no one can give me a definite answer. My frustration has turned into major disappointment and I wish to never deal with this company again in future
