Any answer to my query will be fine

Aghhh, Old Mutual... Seems like I am complaining the whole time about this company. So the story is: I just want to find out my policy number for my pension fund, currently abroad and they have an online site where you can see the progress of your pay out. First of all, my previous employer requested me to complete forms because "Old Mutual "could not find me on their system; have been working for this company for almost 24 years (have the e-mail to proof this). Now I simply just want to find out where or how far my payment is, has it been lodged? (You can understand why I am so nervous; they did not even have records of me according to my previous employer) My previous employer has been trying to follow up as well, got the reference number, but it seems that nobody will help. Forward a mail to Long Luz, Luz which helped us by referring the enquiry to 'RFA Members [Email Removed] Thanks Luz. But it seems that the RFA Members won't even take the day of time to answer you, thanks RFA Members for reading the email but not replaying. Thanks Old Mutual, your customer service is just GREAT!!!...
