Hi there

i submitted all the documents to old mutual 0n the 30/06/2013 for a provident payout due to company I was working for closing down. now its been its a 5th month now no communication at all. every time me and former colleagues make a call we being sent from pillar to post> considering that Old Mutual is such a big company its very disappointing to be treated like this.

one of my colleagues is about to lose his car car due to non payment and its not fair.
