Old Mutual
Provident Fund Claim

I left my previous employer in April 2013 and submitted all provident fund claims via my employer to Old mutual in the beginning of May 2013.

As yet I have had no correspondance as to the status of my claim, and have no idea how long this process will take, after being assured it will take 4-6 weeks I am now on week 7 and have not heard a thing.

I am sad to say I will think twice before using Old Mutual in my personal capacity.
