They keep my money

Let me be very clear they have messed up my debit order 5 months in a row. HOW bad is that. They take money out your account. AND have not put it back. DECEMBER was R1800. January was R1400 Feb was R360 plus R150 March was R320 yey one month was right.
Oops April again R606 How can they take all this when i am only on a R320 a month plan. Now i got an SMS saying R1379 is going off tomorrow like BLADDY it is just try. The staff i have to add are incompetent. As i have tries 9 times to sort this out. Customer services, accounts department, team leader and a supervisor. DO NOT USE THEM if they cant sort out an account forbid you need to go to hospital they wont let you in as they wont know whats going on.
