Double Debit Orders

I have been debited with double debit orders for two month in a row and both times the debit orders have been way more than the orignal amount. The reason for my complaint is that because of these incorrect debits I had not budget for, there was not suffiencient amount of money in the account and I have been charged for the returns of the second debit order the both times it happened. R 115, 00 is a lot to be charged for Oneplan's msitake and I had complained on their customer services line but to no avail and now its no longer just the R 115 its now R 230 for the two times. I cant afford for this to happen everytime.

What is Oneplan going to do with regards to this issue?

I get penalized by my bank for their mistake and I feel that is not fair.
