Poor Service Delivery on Student Loan

I applied for a student loan at the beginning of the year. Since my application I received no feedback as to the progress of my application. I was notifed by the university that my privelages would be revoked if I hadn't made financial arrangements soon. So came to my branch and was then notified after an hour of waiting that my aplication had in fact been declined because I am repeating a year. However, I haven't repeated anything and am now under pressure to secure the funds in time.
