Standard Bank
Student Loan not payed out

I applied for a student loan for my second year and everything was approved round about the end of January 2013, two ladies from the Standard Bank in Mafikeng (Nelson Mandela drive) were handling my contract and they were suppose to give my mother or myself some sort of feedback about the loan and when is it going to paid, there was no word from the bank for about two weeks and that forced my mother, who by the way is already under financial pressure, to pay for my starting fees. This put a dent in her budget but she assumed that the bank will call anytime soon to pay for my fees and reimburse her just like the year before, but sadly its the 26th of February and there hasn't been a word from the bank. I'm suppose to pay the outstanding balance for February and also the fees for March before the end of the week and there hasn't been a word from those ladies in the bank.
