I went to do reversal on 09 April 2013 at cartlon centre branch after waiting in the que for two hours, i went to a consultant by the name of Fezi, she processes my applications and promised me that a confirmation is to follow shortly, that waz around twelve noon. I waited the whole day and today morning i called the bank to find out whats going on and they promised to call me back and after two hours i called them again still the lady at the reception said they will call me back.

I am still waiting on them and frastrated, because i have never had this problem before, and believe me i am never going back to that branch again, I realy need a positive response because now i feel like i am talking to myself.
