Sanlam
16 months later and address still not changed

Last year we must have requested a change of address for my mother in law at least 6 times. All in writing on a letter signed by her. I have 3 emails from 3 different people saying that this was done - well guess what? It wasn't!! Post is still going to her old address! For crying in a bucket Sanlam - sort this out NOW!!!
