Bond application process started 28th March - telephonically. Assessor to see the property on the 2nd April but could not be given access until 5th April. Band application "closed". I received no contact other than the request to contact the assessor. I have been with Standard Bank for at least the last 40 years, have had 3 different bonds on various properties and this is the reward. I am a "Prestige" customer which is supposed to entitle me to certain perks and levels of service, but even my Prestige banker has neglected to respond to my queries.
I have been promised that I will be contacted by the bank by today - still no response!
