SANLAM FAILS TO PAY A CLAIM (6 MONTHS ALREADY)

I am writing this letter with great discomfort. My mother has passed away on 16 June 2010. The beneficiaries are myself and my sister Christa Hobkirk, Christa has been handling the claims since October 2012. The documents have been submitted on several occasions to Sanlam and 'TO DATE NO JOY', NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK, NOBODY EMAILS YOU BACK, THE SERVICE LEVELS OF SANLAM ARE SIMPLY PATHETIC, PLEASE ESCALATE TO SOMEBODY WHO HAS THE ABILITY TO ASSIST US WITH THIS MATTER. IF NOBODY RESPONDS WITHIN 72 HOURS I WILL ESCALATE THE MATTER TO THE OMBUDSMAN!
