We've arranged for an appointment with an ABSA staff member to sign up our client who wanted to sign in Midrand. ABSA just could not help the client in Midrand and finally found George White at Fourways to assist the client. The appointment was made for 10.04.2013 at 8h30. George however let us know that he will be on leave and that Ursula Dladla will assist the client. She has then only sent an email yesterday at 16h00 to cancel the appointment as she must do admin and cannot assist the client. This is very unproffessional just to cancel an appointment on number 99 and inconvenienced the client, as she also had to make arrangements with her work to take the time off.
