Tuks client service center has the worst I've seen

Students who applied for NSFAS have to sign a loan agreement when funding is approved. Tuks has a new system where they send you a text message when its your turn to come in. somewhat like an appointment. they sent me a text message, the same day as my appointment in the morning. I have class from 2pm and group meetings. I arrived early to avoid long ques.. I stand in a Que for 40 min. only to be told when I get to the front that I'm in the wrong one. I stand in another Que only to have the assistant tell me she can't help me... I must come back at 2pm. I further try to explain that the time they set out for postgraduates, will not work for me because I have class... she refuses to see reason. I ask why she just can't assist me now. she further explains that she is busy. its 13:20 ..SHE SAYS I MUST wait 40 minutes and MMAAAYBEE IF SHE'S DONE SHE, 'LL ASSIST ME REGARDLESS OF THE APPOINTMENT. I'm spending just under 2hrs in a Que just to sign a loan agreement.
