We've arranged a service appointment with Gido via Krishmi on 3rd September 2013 at 8am for 4th September 2013 8am appointment. The technicians did not arrive at 8am, therefore we've called Krishmi to query where they are. The reply I got was their technician is at another appointment and did not recieve Krishmi's email notification regarding our appointment at 8am 4th September.[which operation manager communicates schedulling appointment to their technicians using one way communication channel such as email???!!! ] This is terrible as we specifically made time to meet the tehcnician by making the appointment early in the morning and after they disappointed us, they are not willing to assist us on another time and instead they just want us to make time for them at the same time tomorrow morning at Gido's mistake. This is digusting and terrible service. What is the point of making an appointment?
