I bought massage vouchers for two of my friends for their birthdays, both of them could not redeem the vouchers on time for personal reasons and subsequently the vouchers expired. I called Groupon to get advice and spoke to Lorraine on 2nd July at 11:40 and she advised me that there's 28days grace period after the voucher expires meaning that their client just had to call them and get pay out from them for us to get the voucher redeemed, I called their client to inform them of the process and she was happy to assist. Appointments were booked for the 11th July for one and the othere the 27th July. He appointment for the 11th had no hassle but When I sent their client an email on the 24th to confirm booking for the 27th this is what she responded.

I sent your friend an sms today to cancel her appointment for Saturday. Unhappily, when I tried to redeem your 2 vouchers last week, it was denied as having EXPIRED, therefore, I will not be paid by Groupon, even though you paid them. What REALLY upsets me is that I have to now cancel her appointment as I cannot afford to give free treatments. Please accept my most sincere apologies in not being able to honour her pamper session
