I was in an accident and I had to pay an access amount the lady (Sonia Bo) from MiWay who i dealt with advised me that I will get it back I don't have to worry. It was upsetting since the accident was NOT MY FAULT, neverthe less I paid it. The case was then handed over to Ma'Cheries du Toit who was in contact with the guy who bumped into me and ruined my car she advised me he has agreed to pay for damages. I emailed her everyweek to follow up and check the progress of the case but she later then advised me that she is off the case since she is having a difficult time with this guy. The case was then haded over to Thuli Mofokeng who was also suppose to try to get the recovery process done she was not successful and haded it over to Hinrichsen Attorneys, James Wienand was suppose to work the recovery and whenever I emailed he told me he was busy training people and the case is fairly recent so it must wait (very frustrating). I think MiWay should be doing the follow up and fighting for my money because that is what I pay for every month. It has been more than a year already this frustration I am feeling is unexplainable.
